• Consultation: when you book your wedding date at our venue, we get to know you, your story, and your hopes for your day. During your consultation, we build on that and learn more of the dreams and details of your ideal wedding day.
• Recommendations:  we bring your wishlist to our best contacts in the wedding industry, and share their options and quotes with you.
• Booking & Coordination: we agree on the components of your day, connect you to your vendors for payment, and ensure they are informed and updated along the way. They direct questions to us, and we ensure everyone is on time and ready for the big day. 
• Day-of Support: we ensure your vendors are set up for success, and we handle any unexpected challenges on the wedding day. Forgot napkins? We’ve got you covered. 

Custom ceremony planning tailored to each couple's unique preferences, along with seamless coordination of legal registry signing and license filing. 

Build your custom plan & only pay for the coverage you need.  This flexible approach allows couples to focus on the moments that matter most to them without paying for a full-day package. All 8hr packages unlock a free engagement/anniversary session!

Make the most of your bookable hours and leave the mess to us. We will set up and tear down all of your decor, centerpieces, tablescaping, etc, and we provide overnight storage for decor items.  We do not store perishables such as food and flowers.

Add warmth and ambiance by using our fire pit area for your event. We provide the firewood and supervise the fire to keep the flames burning as long as you like. 

We ensure a steady supply of chilled disposable water bottles, offered in elegant self-serve white enamel ice buckets and replenished throughout your event.  

A curated selection of still and sparkling waters, infused with fresh fruits, herbs & botanicals. Two flavors offered per event and refilled as needed. Beautifully presented in glass carafes, with drink ware provided.
